🦀 Seasonal in Spring, the Japanese Helmet Crab is relatively smaller than the Hairy Japanese Crab (Kegani) and some even claim its taste being equivalent to or more superior. In Aomori Prefecture its so festive, they call it the Sakura Crab or the Hanami (Flower-viewing) Crab !
